Hey friends. August's "I Haz Podcast" is here. This mix comes from a guest feature I did on "Crooks and Dunns" Radio for DJ Reflekshin. Dig in and enjoy.

Born near Chicago in the early days of Hip Hop, Jason Deuchler, better known as DJ Intel, was shaped by the burgeoning hip hop scene. Fascinated by turntablism at an early age, the young DJ began perfecting his craft on his brothers turntables and mixer in the 90’s. Following in the footsteps of such Chicago DJ legends such as Tone B. Nimble and Jesse de la Pena, he quickly made a name for himself as he played house parties and B-boy battles across The Midwest. While DJ Intel still holds down the decks for B-boy battles, his scope and style have evolved into a force to be reckoned with. Sharing the stage and holding his own with Hip Hop legends such as Lupe Fiasco, Afrika Bambaataa, Wu-Tang Clan, ?love, and 3 time world DMC champion DJ Qbert, but this is just the tip of the iceberg. DJ Intel has also played with many groundbreaking electronic dance music greats, including Amon Tobin, Calvin Harris, Nero, as well as The Prodigy, among others. DJ Intel has held residencies throughout Chicago and has worked everything from Charitable events to store openings to fashion shows. Some of his past clients have included Adidas, Red Bull, Scion, AT&T and Microsoft. DJ Intel has also graced the stages of several major music events including Lollapalooza, North Coast, Spring Awakening and SXSW.
